Elhaqi OS is an internal system used by authorized Elhaqi Adventure personnel to manage customer communications and business operations.

When a customer sends a WhatsApp message to an official Elhaqi Adventure number, authorized personnel may access and respond to that communication through WhatsApp Business and/or Elhaqi OS.

WhatsApp information is used for purposes such as:

Receiving customer inquiries
Responding to customer messages
Managing customer service conversations
Sending transactional or service-related messages
Sending reminders regarding confirmed or scheduled activities
Maintaining communication history to provide consistent customer service

We do not use access to WhatsApp data to provide unrelated advertising services or sell customer personal information.

4. Meta Platform Data

Where our services integrate with Meta products, including the WhatsApp Business Platform, we may process information provided through Meta APIs according to the permissions granted to our application.

Such information is used only for functionality necessary to operate customer communication and related business services.

Our use of information received from Meta APIs is subject to applicable Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Terms, and related policies.

Elhaqi Adventure does not sell or rent customers’ personal information.

Information may be accessed by authorized Elhaqi Adventure personnel who require it to perform their responsibilities.
